1.Vacancy : Sale Director
Reports to : General Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1 Oversees and ensure effective overall sales and sales administration functions of the department.
2 Formulate, implement and monitor sales strategies and tactical plans
3 Formulate, implement and monitor work processes and job scope for the department.
4 Oversees sales administration functions including timely billings and collections and submission of reports to the Management and relevant parties
5 Liaise with end-financiers, solicitors, authorities, etc., to ensure smooth implementation and completion of the project
6 Liaise with the relevant authorities for necessary permits, licenses and submission of regulatory reports
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Minimum 10 years experiences in sales management. Having been directly involved from the start until completion of several sales launches of a township / new urban area and apartment in Viet Nam
- Good knowledge of local real-estate. Capacity of analysis, evaluation and handling all information / situations
- Familiar with multinational working environment.
- Excellent English language communication, reporting and writing skill
- Self-starter, proactive, ability to learn and result-oriented.
- Strong leadership and management skills



2. Vacancy : Senior Project Manager (Building Sector)
Reports to : Project Management Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supervision and coordination of Project Consultants to meet changing needs and requirements
2. Direct supervisor of site works carried out by consultants and contractor
3. Preparation of implementation programmes to cover design, approval and construction sequences
4. Ensure projects are completed within quality standards, on time and within budget
5. Examine, make recommendation on design layouts, finishes, methods and procedures with a view to cost savings and marketability and to propose alternatives, if possible
6. Liaison with government authorities and agencies to secure all approvals required for the implementation of the project
7. Site visits, as and when necessary

Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Science in either Construction Management Civil or Structural or M&E Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in project execution of housing and/or infrastructure. Having been directly involved from the start until completion of the construction and handover of a township / new urban area or a resort or a high-rise building.
- Familiar with multinational working environment.
- Self-starter, proactive, ability to learn and result-oriented.

3. Vacancy : HR Executive
Reports to : HR Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure company payroll and related matters (social & health insurance, labor booklet, insurance book, workmen compensation and other compensation & benefits to employees). Maintain excellent contacts with the social insurance department.
2. Identify training need from all departments, identify appropriate training agencies/suppliers; Propose specific training courses and organize the execution; Assist in developing internal modules including written material, overhead presentation, propose content for approval and prepare schedule for delivery. Prepare and keep tracking Training & Development budget
3. Ensure employees’ awareness of company profile & image (new hire orientation, site visit, company/project brochures, etc.). Design staff activities, criteria for company culture building
4. Conduct and/or coordinate recruitment activities (applicant pool, candidates database, testing, interviewing, update reports, job description & evaluation).
5. Keep tracking & maintaining the labor contracts (offer letters, first labor contract, extension of labor contract etc.) and employment progress (transfer, re-designation, promotion, demotion, salary increase, training, medical, attendance, benefits etc).
6. Manage employee database; update employee progress (new hire, transfer, re-designation, promotion, demotion, resignation, termination, salary increase, training, medical, attendance, benefits etc)
7. Carry out other tasks assigned by HR manager ;

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years working HR management areas, preferably in foreign invested company.
- Strong communication, presentation skills and system orientation
- Good analytical skill and interviewing skill
- Competence in English and Vietnamese
- Good knowledge of Legal & government regulations and Compensation & benefit structure
- Capability to work in professional organization.


4. Vacancy : Cost & Contract Executive
Reports to : Cost & Contract Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To assist Cost & Contract Manager in cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, cost monitoring, checking of progress payments/variation orders and settlement of final accounts.
Job Requirement
University graduate in Economic Construction Engineering
- At least 05 years of working experience, of which 03 years at similar position.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese
- High sense of professional ethic, responsibility, teamworking, learning attitude
- At least 3 years work experience at the same position. Working experience in foreign-invested company is preferable.
- Good knowledge of Law on Construction and Government’s cost policies.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project are necessary.
